Assembly Bill 130 passed June of 2025. This caps the amount of fines to $100.00. A new enforcement policy will be mailed or emailed soon that outlines the updated policy. If you wish to make comments they must be sent in writing by the deadline provided on the notification.
Community notifications will be sent to an email you select instead of paying the cost for printing and mailing. This can save an average of $1,500.00 annually for your community. Visit your Resident Portal Select the My Home Tab, Residents/Detail and then edit the email section and toggle the Email Notifications to on.

We’ve been alerted to a critical disruption in payment processing due to a widespread Cloudflare outage. Payabli, our payment provider, relies on Cloudflare infrastructure, and this outage is currently affecting payment operations across our Resident Portal.
