As we head into the summer season, we know many residents will be enjoying the pool and common areas more often. We ask everyone to be mindful of their neighbors by helping keep these shared spaces welcoming and enjoyable for all.
Please observe the community’s quiet enjoyment hours and keep noise levels at a respectful volume. For the safety of all residents, minors should be supervised by an adult while using the pool and common areas, and everyone is encouraged to follow community rules and guidelines.

Assembly Bill 130 passed June of 2025. This caps the amount of fines to $100.00. A new enforcement policy will be mailed or emailed soon that outlines the updated policy. If you wish to make comments they must be sent in writing by the deadline provided on the notification.
Community notifications will be sent to an email you select instead of paying the cost for printing and mailing. This can save an average of $1,500.00 annually for your community. Visit your Resident Portal Select the My Home Tab, Residents/Detail and then edit the email section and toggle the Email Notifications to on.

The Board of Directors meet bi-monthly via Zoom. Please check your resident portal or the website for meeting attendance information.
Effective immediately, the postings for your community will be available on your Action Property Management Website Resident Portal. Please check there for community notices, meeting agenda, etc.
